Connect to yourself and your relationships with integrity
I am here to listen to the stirrings of your heart and to give you grounding, real techniques that will help you release trauma and past wounds to stand fully in this world as your authentic self.
Whether you seek support for yourself or with your partner or family, I will create safety to address the pressing issues that burn for recognition and release. We will discuss how to bridge difficult conversations and how to listen with compassion. Through gentleness and clarity, we will navigate the ebb and flow of emotions, thoughts, fears and wishes. I am trained in Emotionally-focused Couples Therapy, and Solution-focused Family Therapy.
I offer a variety of optional creative techniques including mindfulness, meditation and Expressive Arts to supplement our talking and being present together.
For many people, having their partner in the session promotes a level of safety to address issues of past trauma and painful family patterns and is the only way for them to get help for their individual needs.
This is powerful work for mothers/fathers/parents and adult or teen children to address issues of poor communication, stress from work, relocation, divorce, acting out behaviors, increasing trust and safety and processing old hurts.
