About EVELINE WU, MFTI

East Bay Sex Therapist, East Bay Couples therapy, East Bay somatic psychotherapy

East Bay Somatic Psychotherapist, Trauma Therapist, Couples & Sex Therapist (INTERN #81465)

As your somatic psychotherapist, I bring depthful support with you navigating the bridge between mind and body, past and present, and crossing cultures while living a life of authenticity and integrity. I offer a bridge to include at times touch, movement, attachment, neurobiological understandings of trauma, within a healing relationship that seeks to support you from a social justice and culturally sensitive perspective.

I have a background in somatic psychotherapy and somatic education approaches over the last 17 years, beginning prior to my training as a clinical psychotherapist.
— Eveline Wu, MFTI

When your life has not followed a linear path, or you have found yourself crossing cultures from the world you grew up in, it can be difficult to feel understood. You may be wanting to find that unique therapist who has both the verbal and nonverbal sensitivity, to tune in, guide or accompany you, in things that been hard to understand in yourself and your relationships.

Maybe there is something important for you that goes beyond words, body symptoms, or a feeling of being pulled in different ways inside, unexplained moods, or maybe you need to stretch yourself to grow in your partnerships.
